201. Just a Few Go-Live Strategies

Intended Audience: Currently practicing informaticists and newcomers to the field

Go-lives are always challenging and you always come out of it with lessons learned. Today, I share some of my own experiences with what has worked for go-lives I've been part of. Some topics I mention are:

Centralizing education in an easily retrievable location
Creating a clear structure/flow for endusers to call in or log issues
Providing clear expectations on issue resolution
Being transparent and clear on communication
Having internal team huddles on a daily or weekly basis
