201. Just a Few Go-Live Strategies
Intended Audience: Currently practicing informaticists and newcomers to the field
Go-lives are always challenging and you always come out of it with lessons learned. Today, I share some of my own experiences with what has worked for go-lives I've been part of. Some topics I mention are:
- Centralizing education in an easily retrievable location
- Creating a clear structure/flow for endusers to call in or log issues
- Providing clear expectations on issue resolution
- Being transparent and clear on communication
- Having internal team huddles on a daily or weekly basis
