Intended Audience: Newcomers to Pharmacy Informatics

On today's episode, we go over the last section of change management and discuss how continuous monitoring is essential in ensuring success. Goal setting and goal assessment become especially important to define what we're monitoring. If there are no expectations defined, then we won't know whether we have met them.
