244. Local or Cloud: Which EHR is Better?

In considering a locally supported EHR versus a remote-hosted cloud EHR, there are several factors to consider:

Reliability
Privacy
Support
Organization size
Pricing

Today's episode, we discuss a little more about these factors, and I provide an example of my own experience in the past where I was part of an organization that started off with a locally hosted EHR and switched to remote-hosting.
